Job summary

OGI Process Equipment is seeking a Testing and Service Support Technician to conduct thorough testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial heating equipment. The role combines technical testing with hands-on service support and customer-facing problem solving.

The position requires experience in testing, service, and maintenance of industrial equipment, with knowledge of PLC programming and burner systems preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Two-year technical degree or vocational certificate in a related field preferred. Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in testing, service, or maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, electrical systems, and burner systems preferred.
• Experience with equipment testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed testing on equipment and perform FATs with thorough documentation of results.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for startups and maintenance of industrial heating systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, and sales teams to resolve product and testing issues.
• Document test results, modifications, and repairs to support product improvement initiatives.
