OGI Process Equipment seeks a Service Technician to join our field service team. The role installs, maintains, repairs, and tunes water heating and industrial equipment, providing first-line technical support and on-site startup assistance.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year technical degree or related certificate, 5+ years of experience, burner knowledge preferred, and strong communication skills. Travel to customer sites is frequent, with safety at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or vocational certificate in related field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience.
• Burner knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls for first-line technical support.
• Perform product installations, preventive maintenance, repair, and startups.
• Pretest units before shipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide feedback to engineers and managers.
• Schedule service jobs and coordinate with customers.
• Troubleshoot with field operators.
• Uphold safety standards and company values.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
