EZARC, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter to support staffing across manufacturing, fabrication, construction, administrative, technical, and leadership roles.

The HR Recruiter will manage the recruiting process, post and source candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain records, and partner with EZARC hiring managers to fill openings efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS, and HR tech.
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Independent work style with collaboration with managers and HR leadership.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Partner with hiring managers to understand open positions and staffing needs.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Post openings on job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Source candidates through diverse channels and build candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Assist with background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Support the offer process and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain recruitment records and metrics for leadership.
