Job summary

CLX Engineering seeks a seasoned leader to head our Industrial Systems Engineering and Delivery organization in the United States. The role will focus on developing engineering managers, standardizing processes, and ensuring delivery excellence across large-scale automation projects.

The candidate will collaborate across Operations, PMO, Manufacturing, Sales, and the Executive team, driving talent development, staffing models, and long-range growth planning.

Qualifications

• Experience building and guiding high-performing engineering teams.
• Proven ability to scale processes, standards, and tools in growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation, controls, and project delivery.
• Proven track record of staff development and recruiting.
• Demonstrated ability to align engineering priorities with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering managers and technical leads, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Set performance KPIs and metrics to drive outcomes across programs.
• Define and execute engineering strategy, standardizing methods and tools.
• Engage on critical projects, customer escalations, and risk management.
• Collaborate with Operations, PMO, Manufacturing, Sales, and Exec team to align resources.
