CLX Engineering seeks a seasoned leader to guide the Industrial Systems Engineering and Delivery organization. You will grow engineering managers, implement KPI‑driven performance, and standardize methods that scale throughput and quality.

You will define and execute an engineering strategy, ensure governance, and engage on complex projects with customers while aligning resources with company goals across functions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience building high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong balance of technical rigor, operations execution, and people development.
• Experience scaling orgs, processes, and standards in growth environments.
• Deep domain knowledge in industrial automation, controls, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for engineering leaders.
• Define and drive engineering strategy aligned to company goals with scalable methods.
• Engage directly on critical projects, customer escalations, and complex issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, PMO, Manufacturing, Sales and Exec team on staffing and priorities.
