Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in industrial equipment or material handling.
• Experience leading engineering teams or supervising technical personnel.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and industrial project execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality and responsiveness.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the engineering department.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign engineering resources across multiple projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers.
• Review engineering deliverables for quality, completeness, and compliance.
• Work with Project Management to establish engineering schedules and support execution.
• Coordinate with Fabrication and Field Operations for manufacturability and installation.
