Job summary

ATS Company PA Solutions is seeking a software engineer to work across design, implementation, specification writing, project management, start-up and validation within a manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on developing software for production data acquisition, reporting, and analytics, integrating with ERP systems and process controls, and supporting SDLC activities at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software or related engineering discipline.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Detail oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Experience in customer service and technical support.
• Ability to deliver tasks on time and within budget.
• Basic understanding of network connectivity and devices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute an internal development plan.
• Design, implement, and test software applications for production data management and integration with ERP/SCADA systems.
• Develop reports for Batch Release, Process Performance, and Audit Trail.
• Perform data analytics including OEE, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure required network connectivity and hardware readiness.
• Coordinate with project team to define specifications and stay within budget and schedule.
• Assist SDLC compliance and remote or on-site startup activities.
