Job summary
Airbus Aerosystems Kinston, Inc. is seeking an Industrial System Engineer to define, develop, and implement composite technology solutions for the Kinston plant.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in ABET-accredited Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- 2–4 years experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering with strong knowledge of composite materials.
- Operational experience implementing composite materials in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Performance Management and SAP/MES tool usage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international context.
Responsibilities
- Provide mature and robust composite solutions to production teams to improve plant efficiency.
- Evaluate composite product and process performance and manufacturing viability.
- Lead changes to industrial systems and participate in integration of future program requirements.
- Develop documentation for processes, standards and inspection technologies.
- Support production line design skills and feasibility assessments for programs.
