Stellar Energy Americas Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a skilled Industrial Structural Fitting, Assembly & Welding professional to build complex erection systems from drawings.

You’ll cut, fit, weld, and torque metal components, read blueprints, and verify plumb and square to tight tolerances in a fabrication facility. This full-time, non-exempt role requires safety discipline, crane/forklift operation, and the ability to lead two or more helpers under SEA quality standards.

Qualifications

• Basic math and language skills required.
• 5+ years of related experience or training.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read job specs, blueprint reading, verify measurements and tolerances.
• Cut, prep, fit and tack components from structural steel materials.
• Select, measure, cut with torch, plasma, grinder and saws to weld-ready status.
• Install structural hangers, supports and braces per drawings.
• Operate overhead cranes or forklifts safely and guide helpers.
• Document quality and comply with SEA standards.
