Job summary

Stellar Energy is seeking an experienced 1st Class Structural Fitter to assemble and weld large industrial structures in our Jacksonville, FL or Fort Worth, TX facilities. The role requires reading blueprints, precise measurements, and proper fit-up to weld-ready status.

Expect to cut, fit, and tack components, operate lifting and rigging equipment, and ensure safety and quality in a heavy fabrication environment. Full-time, on-site work with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ related experience or training.
• Experience with structural fittings and welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and Specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read specs, blueprints and target measurements to fit for weld-ready status.
• Cut, fit, tack and prep components using isometric drawings and tol­erances.
• Operate handling equipment and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Direct and monitor helpers and document quality reporting per SEA standards.
