Stellar Energy Americas Inc. is seeking a 2nd Class Structural Fitter to join our Jacksonville facility, with potential work in Fort Worth, TX. You will read blueprints, measure and fit metal components, and perform tack welding to assemble industrial structural systems for large-scale cooling infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on fabrication experience, crane/forklift operation, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Full-time, first shift.

Qualifications

• Basic math and languages skills required.
• 1–2 years’ related experience or training.
• 2+ years’ experience in Industrial Structural Fitting.
• Tack welding ability.
• Some vocational technical training is desired.

Responsabilités

• Interpret job specifications and blueprints for proper fit and alignment.
• Cut, prep, fit and tack metal pieces to weld-ready status with appropriate tools.
• Read isometric and structural drawings and maintain fit tolerances.
• Install hangers, supports, braces, and related hardware as required.
• Operate overhead cranes or forklifts following safe procedures.
• Document quality reporting per SEA Quality Standards.
• Comply with safety policies and OSHA PPE requirements.
• Prepare for ISO 9001 and other audits.
