Job summary
Superior Construction Services is seeking an experienced Structural Concrete Field Superintendent to lead field crews on heavy industrial projects across Texas and the United States. You will ensure safe, on-time execution of concrete foundations, slabs, and containment structures, coordinating with Superintendents, Project Managers, and crews to uphold Superior's standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of structural concrete construction experience.
- Experience leading field crews as Foreman or Superintendent.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
- Strong knowledge of formwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement.
- Willingness to travel for project assignments.
Responsibilities
- Lead field crews on heavy industrial concrete projects.
- Plan daily/weekly activities to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate forms, reinforcing steel, embeds, and concrete placement.
- Ensure safety and quality per project specs.
- Complete daily reports and project documentation.
- Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other trades.
