Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in general construction, including 3+ years in a Foreman or Assistant Superintendent role.
• Experience working on Industrial sites and handling concrete repair projects.
• Proven supervisory experience with teams and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Lead construction crews in concrete repair and industrial projects.
• Coordinate tasks with Project Managers and ensure safety practices.
• Participate in project planning and training team members.
