Job summary

STRUCTURAL is recruiting for a General Superintendent to support the Dallas, TX team. You will oversee field operations, supervise Superintendents and foremen, and ensure safe, efficient execution of concrete repair, masonry, waterproofing, and strengthening projects in commercial and industrial settings.

The role requires 12+ years in construction with at least 5 years in management, strong reading of drawings, and a commitment to Safety 24/7.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• 12+ years of general construction experience with 5+ years in field management (Foreman/Asst. Superintendent).
• Experience with concrete repair, structural strengthening, waterproofing, or related repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level field management to Superintendents and crews.
• Coordinate planning with Project Managers and leaders.
• Hire and mentor field staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop look-ahead schedules and analyze production rates.
• Ensure accurate completion of essential paperwork and customer communication.
