Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of business development or sales experience selling complex services to industrial accounts.
• Strong understanding of Gulf Coast industrial landscape and project cycles.
• Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Gulf Coast.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities for industrial storage and project buffering services.
• Develop a dedicated pipeline for storage and preservation of critical equipment.
• Position storage as risk mitigation and schedule protection for projects.
• Build a pipeline across EPCs, energy, petrochemical, and port-related businesses.
• Engage early in project planning and coordinate with engineering and operations.
• Create customized proposals with operations, engineering and project management teams.
• Represent Barnhart at industry events and generate leads.
• Provide forecasts, market intelligence, and achieve revenue targets.
