Job summary

BEAR Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent for Industrial & Special Projects to oversee field operations from start to finish with a strong focus on safety, quality, field leadership, schedule execution, documentation, and communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a construction Superintendent preferred.
• Field experience or a degree in Construction Management/Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of local safety, health, and quality guidelines for construction job sites.
• Procore and scheduling software awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain phasing plans and look-ahead schedules.
• Track project progress and maintain schedules.
• Coordinate all construction activities with trade partners and stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain a safe, clean, and orderly project site.
• Monitor the quality of installed work and enforce quality control plans.
