Qualifications

• Experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role.
• Field experience or a related degree in construction management or engineering.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and quality guidelines on construction sites.
• Understanding of construction operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan construction process with schedules, phasing, and lookaheads.
• Monitor progress, maintain schedules, and report on project status.
• Purchase equipment and materials; manage stock and orders.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderly job sites; enforce standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Lead field staff and provide constructive feedback; manage manpower needs.
• Track costs and ensure projects stay on budget; resolve on-site issues.
• Plan inspections with local authorities; maintain project documentation.
