Job summary

You will coordinate owners, vendors, inspectors and site crews, review drawings, track costs and scheduling, enforce safety policies, and push for on‑time, quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of construction contract language and terms.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications.
• Estimate costs and man-hours to complete tasks within budget.
• Involve in preconstruction planning for budget and schedule.
• Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and suppliers with contract documents.
• Attend site visits to ensure quality and safety.
• Monitor subcontractor progress and communicate expectations.
• Close-out processes including demobilization and final payments.
• Promote customer relations and ensure client satisfaction.
