Job summary

Ricochet Manufacturing is seeking a team lead for our Philadelphia facility. You will oversee production tasks, read orders, and coordinate with team members to ensure accurate execution. Overtime may be required and cross training is encouraged to cover multiple tasks.

Ideal candidates have prior team leadership experience in manufacturing, are bilingual in Spanish and English, and proficient with Microsoft Office. This role supports our commitment to safety and quality in PPE production.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team lead in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel, Teams, Outlook.
• Ability to stand for 10 hours/day and lift/push/pull 10–25 lbs.
• Willing to receive cross training to perform multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate single needle, double needle, and bar tack machines.
• Read and interpret orders with pictures or written instructions.
• Work overtime when required.
• Cross-train to perform multiple tasks as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
