Ricochet Manufacturing, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an Industrial Sewing Machine Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair industrial sewing, cutting, and finishing equipment used in a cut-and-sew operation. You will ensure equipment runs safely, efficiently, and at high quality to meet production goals.
Responsibilities include servicing sewing, cutting, and sealing equipment, adjusting performance settings, and supporting setup and tuning.

The Industrial Sewing Machine Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, adjusting, and repairing industrial sewing, cutting, and finishing equipment used in a cut-and-sew manufacturing operation. This position ensures equipment operates efficiently, safely, and at optimal quality levels to meet production goals.
The mechanic is evaluated across equipment knowledge, mechanical skills, production support, preventive maintenance, quality & safety, and professional skills using a four-level proficiency scale:
Manufacturing floor environment with machinery, noise, and moving equipment. Overtime or off-shift work may be required.
