The role is Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, with occasional weekend work; a $1,000 hiring bonus applies if started by Oct 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sewing/machinery operation in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow patterns accurately.
• Experience with heavy-duty materials; vinyl and canvas preferred.
• Stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 80 pounds.
• Team player capable of meeting production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from the Production Supervisor to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Operate sewing equipment to assemble and sew product styles according to specification.
• Prepare, troubleshoot, and maintain sewing machines (needles, thread, oil, bobbins).
• Guide heavy-weight materials under the needle for strong, durable seams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; perform housekeeping tasks.
• Assist in other areas of the business when needed.

The Industrial Sewer position involves operating industrial sewing machines to gather, hem, and reinforce materials. You will be responsible for constructing high-quality products from heavy-duty materials while maintaining strict safety and production standards.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am - 3pm. Weekends as needed.Pay Range: $22.00 - $28.00Benefits include pay-on-demand via the Rain app, semi-annual bonuses, The Revolution Fund, an onsite gym with free group classes, healthcare, 401k, and more.ResponsibilitiesTake direct guidance from the Production Supervisor to construct products that consistently meet rigorous quality and productivity standardsOperate industrial sewing equipment to efficiently assemble and sew multiple distinct product styles according to specificationPrepare, troubleshoot, and maintain sewing machines independently, which includes changing needles and thread, routine oiling, replacing bobbins, and securing necessary machine attachmentsGuide heavy-weight materials precisely under the machining needle to ensure strong, straight, and highly durable seamsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by performing general housekeeping duties throughout the manufacturing and production areasAssist in other areas of the business when neededQualificationsAt least 1 year of proven, hands-on experience operating machinery in an industrial sewing or heavy-textile manufacturing settingCapable of sustaining continuous sewing operations for 7-8 hours a dayStrong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret blueprint language, accurately following manufacturing blueprints, patterns, and product specificationsPrevious experience sewing and handling heavy-duty materials, with specific proficiency in vinyl and canvas being a significant advantageA strong team player mentality with a cooperative attitude and a willingness to support fellow production staffHigh adaptability and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced manufacturing environment to safely meet strict production deadlinesMust be able to stand or sit for long periods and be capable of lifting up to 80 poundsRogue Fitness is a Drug Free Workplace.
