Rogue-Fitness in Columbus, OH is hiring 1st Shift Warehouse Pickers to assemble and ship customer orders. Responsibilities include picking with RF scanners, quality checks on outgoing orders, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires standing for 7+ hours, lifting up to 80 pounds, and operating pallet jacks and other PIT equipment. Starting pay is $21.52 per hour with increases to $22–$26.65 after one year plus weekend shift differential and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English for written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Safely operate electric pallet jacks and other PIT equipment.
• Role requires continuous walking/standing 7+ hours/day.
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of quality issues.
• Drug-free workplace; pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners to identify, pick and pack outgoing customer orders.
• Use Ipad or PC to perform quality checks on outgoing orders.
• Follow processes and procedures to ensure order and packaging quality.
• Lift and carry up to 80lbs.
• Band and wrap outgoing freight orders.
• Safely operate electric pallet jacks to transport products throughout the facility.
• Complete pre-shift inspection to ensure equipment is operating safely.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
