Job summary

Rogue Fitness in Columbus, OH is seeking a skilled 2nd shift Manual Welder to perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and stainless components. You will read engineering drawings, maintain quality standards, and work in a fast-paced factory environment. A hands-on test and PPE are required for interview.

The role offers a 3pm–11pm schedule, a $25.00–$35.20 hourly wage with a 10% shift differential, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional MIG and/or TIG welding experience in a production environment.
• Experience welding steel and/or stainless steel.
• Current welding certification (AWS or equivalent) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal components meeting structural and aesthetic specs.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints and weld symbols to determine project requirements.
• Conduct visual inspections and use calipers/squares to ensure tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and keep workstation clean and organized.
• Meet daily production quotas while minimizing scrap and rework.
