IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Sewer for our client, a long‑standing maker of flame‑resistant protective clothing, in Oshkosh, WI.

You will operate sewing machines, read work instructions, thread, inspect products, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a temperature-controlled facility. This is a temp‑to‑hire, first shift role with overtime potential.

Job description

Our client has been manufacturing flame-resistant and protective clothing for over 70 years, serving industries including firefighting, utilities, forestry, gas, electric arc, and food service. They are looking to add reliable and detail-oriented team members to their production team.

Position Overview

The Industrial Sewer will operate sewing machines to produce protective garments and clothing. This role involves reading work instructions and patterns, threading machines with the correct materials, and inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• 1st Shift:Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm
• Pay:$17.50/hr while temporary, $18/hr upon hire
• Overtime may be available as needed, primarily during weekdays
• Occasional Saturday morning hours may be required

Requirements
