Job summary

Rogue Fitness is hiring for entry-level manufacturing roles in our North Carolina facility. You will assemble, inspect, and package products to meet strict quality standards while training for potential growth into machine operating and forklift roles.

The starting pay is $21–$23.10 per hour for 1st or 2nd shifts, with pay increases to $22–$28.60 after one year and a $1000 hiring bonus if hired and started by October 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English for written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read measuring devices such as tape measures and calipers.
• Willingness to cross-train in other areas of the business.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds.
• Able to stand for 7+ hours per day.
• Must work near high temperature equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal work instructions, including product renderings.
• Count and package parts for hardware kits (nuts, bolts, washers, etc.).
• Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble products to exact specifications.
• Set up, run, and monitor production equipment, ensuring safety, output, and quality standards.
• May be assigned to other departments to assist based on business needs.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and perform functionality checks.
• Read weight scales and other measuring devices to ensure product quality.
• Lift and carry parts weighing up to 80lbs.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Work overtime before/after shift, and on Saturdays as needed.

Overview

Rogue is hiring for various positions within our manufacturing team. You will play a crucial part in assembling, inspecting, and packaging our products to meet strict quality standards. Please note: This is a foundational role designed for growth. We train team members with the intention that they advance into machine operating and forklift roles within the company.

1st: 7am - 3pm

2nd: 3pm - 11pm

Starting pay: $21-$23.10*

Pay increases to $22-$28.60* after 1 year

*Includes shift differential for 2nd Shift

• Operate power tools and hand tools (wrenches, mallets, impact drivers, etc) to assemble products to exact specifications




• Set up, run, and monitor production equipment, ensuring all safety, output, and quality standards are met




• May be assigned to other departments to assist based on business needs




• Visually inspect parts for cosmetic defects and perform functionality checks




• Accurately read weight scales and other measuring devices to ensure product quality




• Lift and carry parts weighing up to 80lbs




• Maintain good housekeeping in your work area




• Work overtime before or after shift, and on Saturdays as needed

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in the English language for both written and verbal communication




• Must be able to accurately read measuring devices, including tape measures, weight scales, and calipers




• Flexibility and willingness to cross-train in other areas of the business is required




• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred




• Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet




• Ability to work near high temperature equipment and materials




• Must be able to remain standing for 7+ hours a day




• Strong attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues
