Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning with supervisory experience.
• RCRA certifications required.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Proficient in operating and troubleshooting service-line equipment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead two or more crews; plan, organize and coordinate daily operations.
• Ensure equipment readiness and safety compliance at the site.
• Schedule jobs and dispatch crews as needed, including nights/weekends.
• Act as Operations/Branch Manager when requested.
• Maintain client communications and documentation.
• Train Technicians and Operators on equipment and processes.
• Complete paperwork and service receipts for management.
• Support roll-off logistics and coordination with drivers.
