Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee bidding, planning and execution of daily operations at the designated location. You will lead industrial insulation, scaffold and cleaning crews, coordinate safety and equipment, and act as main client liaison.

Travel is possible but limited; weekend and holiday work may be required. The role requires strong communication, organization, and safety focus to deliver quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Willingness and ability to learn industrial cleaning and scaffold erection and dismantling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew involving high pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work and general cleanup in a plant-based setting.
• Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely.
• Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.
• Engages with prospects and clients and vendors to determine their needs, recommending services that align with these requirements.
• Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs, emphasizing practical value and application.
• Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program
• Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
• Acts as a liaison for all site leadership in their region and maintains positive client relations.
• Actively develops and maintains a high-performing team that is dedicated to customer service.
• Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned.
