Nestlé USA is seeking an Industrial Services Manager at the Gaffney plant to lead safe, reliable IS operations and maintenance across the facility. You will oversee IS operators/technicians and drive capital and operational projects in line with Nestlé’s standards.

The role emphasizes cost control, environmental stewardship, and collaboration with quality, safety, production, finance, HR, and engineering. A Bachelor’s in Engineering is preferred, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering strongly preferred or years of experience in lieu of.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering, maintenance, or industrial services experience.
• Refrigeration experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Be accountable for safe, reliable, and efficient IS operation to meet demand.
• Manage IS operators and technicians; develop capability and performance.
