Job summary

Nestlé USA Glendale facility seeks an Industrial Services Supervisor to oversee building and utilities infrastructure, ensure safe, reliable operation, and supervise Water Recycling Operators and Technicians. You will maintain IS systems per plan, coordinate with production and safety teams, and drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Experience with CMMS SAP, energy and water systems, and ASME/OSHA knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering or maintenance experience, preferably in Industrial Services with direct supervision
• Experience with utility and infrastructure systems supporting food manufacturing is preferred
• Experience with CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) preferred

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the industrial services to meet the operation’s demand
• Ensure IS equipment is maintained according to the maintenance plan
• Comply with Nestlé requirements for operation and maintenance IS systems and Water Recycling Center
• Ensure efficient operation of all IS systems minimizing resource use and environmental impact
• Coordinate with production and safety/quality/HR; oversee vendors and contractors
• Develop competence in IS discipline for continuous improvement and stay updated on best practices
