Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Transformational Leader to drive industrial services initiatives across Operations, Maintenance, Master Planning, and Compliance. You will lead 5–10 people with a focus on zero loss and optimized operation, including thermal, refrigeration, wastewater, compressed air, and hazardous gases.

Travel is substantial to support factory projects and capital investments. The role emphasizes safety, sustainability, and cross-functional collaboration with site and market management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Strong technical, managerial and leadership skills are essential.
• Deep engineering knowledge across multiple utility areas (thermal, ammonia, WWT, sustainability, project, compliance).

Responsibilities

• Propose, drive and implement work processes and resources per Nestlé Engineering Excellence guidelines.
• Coordinate personnel across IS/Engineering to meet industrial services objectives.
• Promote and demonstrate the company’s values.
• Ensure ethical conduct and safety in all decisions and actions.
• Drive savings in Industrial services through improved operation, maintenance and capital improvements.
• Provide SME guidance to project teams on ammonia/refrigeration, boiler/thermal design, and waste water systems.
