Job summary

This role focuses on developing IS capabilities, supporting projects with SOWs and specifications, and coaching site teams. You will drive sustainability initiatives for energy and water reduction and ensure compliant operation of critical utility plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in the engineering field.
• General engineering principles learned in engineering school.
• Ability to use digital tools effectively.
• Understanding of industry standards for drawing deliverables and utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop IS staff at Factory level and participate in Monthly Operational Reviews.
• Provide SME guidance to project teams on ammonia/refrigeration, boiler/thermal design, compressed air systems, and wastewater design.
• Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of IS to meet demand while minimizing cost and environmental impact.
• Comply with federal, state, local and Nestlé requirements from design through operation and maintenance of the IS plant.
• Produce, verify or manage IS engineering deliverables for projects (SOWs, RFQ/RFQ, construction packages).
• Create department guidelines, standards, and specifications for utility systems and act as SME divisionally.
