Job summary

Nestlé USA seeks a seasoned Expert ME (IS) for Utility Engineering to oversee thermal, refrigeration, waste water, and related utility systems across Nestlé USA factories. You will provide SME expertise for ammonia/refrigeration, boiler/thermal designs, and energy projects, ensuring safe, reliable operations.

You will coach IS staff, drive compliance, support factory projects, and develop engineering guidelines to optimize performance and sustainability in line with Nestlé standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong grasp of general engineering principles and digital tools.
• Understanding of industry standards for utility systems and design drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead SME guidance for ammonia/refrigeration design and boiler/thermal design.
• Coach and develop Factory IS staff and drive safe, reliable operations.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé safety, environment, and quality requirements.
• Provide SME support for factory projects including SOWs, RFQ/RFPs, and commissioning.
• Create technical guidelines and standards within utility systems.
