Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to lead and coordinate multiple crews in Morris, IL. You’ll ensure safe operation of equipment, drive efficiency at the site, and maintain documentation for client projects.

The role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and practical knowledge of industrial cleaning operations. Candidates should have 5+ years in the industry with supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and solid English

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the industrial cleaning industry with supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required for vehicle operations.
• Language proficiency: understand English to follow safety training and respond to instructions in emergencies.
• Strong attention to detail and organization are essential.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and directs crews to complete work per client requirements and company policies.
• Schedule jobs and crews; dispatch as needed including nights and weekends.
• Act as Operations/Branch Manager when requested.
• Ensure equipment is available and operational before starting work; inspect work area for safety.
• Maintain paperwork including service receipts and manifests and submit to management.
• Train Technicians and Operators on equipment operation and processes.
