Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees are not required; candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Publisher) for reporting and communication.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to supervise staff across multiple tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate department software and basic tracking programs.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and respond to customer requirements.
• Commitment to safety, ethics, and reliable transportation for travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing, equipment, and materials to meet customer requirements and maintain efficient workflows.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communication and assist in quotes with operations leadership.
• Oversee time and attendance, review timecards, manage schedules, and address attendance per policy.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback for development.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Review work for quality, ensure compliance with standards, and document labor and inventory data.
