Job summary

SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA seeks an Industrial Security Analyst (PERSEC) to support personnel security across SCI, SAP and Collateral programs. The role requires coordinating clearances, indoctrinations, and interactions with government stakeholders in a high-tempo environment.

You will maintain PERSEC processes, monitor reporting for the cleared population, and help implement policy updates while traveling occasionally and maintaining an active TS with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of NISPOM-related security responsibilities.
• 1+ years PERSEC experience in SAP/SCI/Collateral environment.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support PERSEC for SCI, SAP, and Collateral missions.
• Manage reporting for the cleared SpaceX population.
• Coordinate indoctrinations and debriefings.
• Interface with government customers to ensure efficient clearances.
