Location: United States

Overview:

A growing industrial technology company is seeking an experienced Industrial Sales & Marketing professional to lead direct sales efforts within the U.S. freight and transit markets.

Growth into a sales leadership role is possible for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of technology solutions to domestic rail and transit clients.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior engineers, managers, and procurement leaders.
  • Identify and generate new leads and opportunities within the U.S. and international rail.
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans and forecasts.
  • Maintain CRM records, monitor industry trends, and attend trade shows and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, manufacturing, and admin) to support full sales lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of industrial B2B sales experience
  • Experience with large bid preparation and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and CRM skills (Prophet or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with U.S. rail/transit systems or equivalent industrial sectors.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, sensors, or machine vision technologies.
  • Familiar with international and domestic bidding and procurement processes.

Travel:

Up to 40% travel, both domestic and international as needed.
