Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Inside Sales Specialist to join their expanding U.S. commercial team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within a defined set of high-potential accounts. The position focuses on growing sales across the automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors by offering tailored technical solutions and cultivating long-term customer relationships.

This role is fully remote. Candidates must reside in Eastern Time Zone or Central Time Zone locations.

  • Meet or exceed annual sales objectives by driving revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  • Create and execute a strategic prospecting plan to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Develop strong customer relationships at multiple organizational levels, from technical staff to senior executives.
  • Assess customer technical and business needs and recommend suitable solutions, including detailed configurations and pricing proposals.
  • Manage and grow large-scale sales opportunities, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and support teams.
  • Build influence with decision-makers such as test engineers and engineering managers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM data entry, sales forecasting, and funnel reporting using Salesforce.
  • Partner with internal teams, including field support and service technicians, to deliver end-to-end customer solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales of data acquisition systems or related technologies.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Established customer network within the automotive, aerospace, or industrial sectors.
  • Skilled in leveraging LinkedIn/Sales Navigator for prospecting.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles exceeding $250,000.
  • Strong organizational and territory management skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to coaching and feedback.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region up to 40–60% of the time.
