Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Sales Representative to grow the current customer base and prospect local businesses and new construction projects. You will follow up on inbound leads, research new building projects, and bid on opportunities while maintaining professional relationships with engineers, contractors, and business owners.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships and providing ongoing support, including assisting customers with repairs or maintenance of current solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior sales experience in an industrial or B2B setting and B2B cold-calling experience required
• Familiarity with water treatment is preferred but not required
• Must be a self-starter with initiative and consultative selling skills
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications are required
• Able to generate sales each month and be well-organized
• Strong work ethic, the ability to work independently or as a team, and a desire to succeed
• Strong business knowledge, professional presentation skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Light service or mechanical skills are desirable
