Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Commercial and Industrial Sales/Service Representative in Indiana to grow and manage a portfolio of business customers. You will analyze water needs, propose solutions, and drive service and product offerings to improve client operations.

Role requires a contractor mindset, strong sales discipline, and the ability to partner with engineers and owners. Training and advancement opportunities are available within Culligan's network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior sales experience in industrial or B2B environments with cold-calling.
• Familiarity with water treatment is preferred but not required.
• Self-starter with initiative and consultative selling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to generate sales monthly and stay well-organized.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent business knowledge, presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Light service or mechanical skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Growing the existing customer base.
• Prospecting on local businesses and new construction projects.
• Following up on incoming sales leads.
• Researching new building projects.
• Bidding on projects.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with engineers, contractors, construction managers, and business owners/operators.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships, providing ongoing support and handling service issues.
• Assist customers with repairs or maintenance schedules for current solutions.
