Job summary

D&W Industrial in the Rochester area is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to promote, sell, and support Gardner Denver air compressors, blowers and vacuum pumps to industrial accounts within an established territory.

You will hunt and develop new accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers, delivering territory plans, and achieving sales and gross margin goals through disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial equipment sales or related field.
• Ability to develop and execute territory plans.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Description: D&W Industrial is looking for a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Rochester area.

This person will represent the company in promoting, selling, and supporting D&W Industrial’s Products & Services to a wide variety of industrial accounts in an established territory.

We are looking for a self-starter who will achieve sales and gross margin goals through the disciplined execution of a territory strategy.

The ideal candidate possesses the drive to proactively hunt and develop prospective accounts through direct site interaction, while simultaneously expanding our footprint within existing customers by matching their operational needs with our technical solutions.

You will enjoy:

• Representing Gardner Denver air compressors, blowers & vacuum pumps
• An experienced inside support team and Field Service Technicians
• Ongoing product training

• Local territory not requiring overnights

Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000 annual
