Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate ongoing internal and external training with supplier partners.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve performance, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning sessions.
• Field and resolve customer and supplier escalations with professionalism.
• Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment.
• Monitor and manage sales pipeline health across markets.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual sales presentations to executives.
• Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns.
• Contribute to forecasting and budgeting with finance.
