Job summary

Codale Electric Supply in Salt Lake City seeks an entry-level Industrial Sales professional to learn how to partner with customers and deliver electrical, industrial, and lighting solutions. You’ll receive extensive product training and gain experience with industrial OEMs, integrators, and end users.

You’ll develop sales strategies, build relationships, and work with customers to drive growth while expanding your knowledge of core products and markets. Some travel (5–10%) may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Engineering preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Industrial customer and market knowledge is a plus.
• Engage in continuous learning to deepen your technical knowledge in products, services, and new developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for electrical components, focused on industrial controls, circuit protection, and power distribution solutions.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets while growing market share.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Foster strong relationships with engineering, procurement, executive teams, and other key decision-makers at customer organizations.
