Tri-Lift Industries, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to conduct classroom and hands-on training on safe operation of industrial equipment.

You will deliver operator certification courses, facilitate refresher training, and support customers and technicians with equipment usage and safety. The role requires 2 years of related experience, familiarity with OSHA forklift regulations, and a valid driver’s license with regional travel.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years minor technical experience with industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with OSHA forklift regulations and safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (regional, ~25–50%).
• Willingness to learn and self manage time to success.

Aufgaben

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training on safe operation and diagnostics for equipment.
• Facilitate operator certification courses in line with OSHA and industry standards.
• Develop training materials, manuals, SOPs, and presentations.
• Train customers and technicians on equipment usage, safety, and care.
