Job summary

Tri-Lift Industries, Inc. is hiring for a field service technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and related equipment. You will provide on-site service, document repairs, and maintain tools and inventory.

A valid driver’s license and pre-employment drug test are required. We offer extensive hands-on training, competitive compensation, and a complete benefits package including medical, dental and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching, and a company vehicle and gas card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years mechanical, electrical and hydraulic experience in forklift/equipment repair.
• Experience with electrical and hydraulic components is a plus.
• Ability to read service and training manuals and schematics; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote goodwill and accountability between company and customers with superior service.
• Diagnose and repair equipment problems and breakdowns; recommend actions.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs; maintain and document service calls.
• Keep company equipment, van and inventory organized and secure.
• Provide required tools and ensure a safe work area.
