Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of relevant EHS or safety training experience.
• Experience delivering classroom and hands-on safety training.
• Experience training external customers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire and site-specific safety orientation.
• Provide equipment safety training and operator evaluations.
• Deliver OSHA 10/30 and NFPA 70E training when authorized.
• Train in fall protection, LOTO, PPE, and other safety topics.
• Maintain training records and certifications.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating training activities.
• Travel to facilities, project sites, and customer locations.
• Represent the company professionally with stakeholders.
