Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in EHS, industrial safety, equipment operation, or related field.
• Experience delivering classroom and hands-on safety training required.
• Experience developing safety training programs and curriculum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct New-hire and site-specific safety orientation, ensuring employees understand company policies and safe work practices.
• Provide equipment safety training and operator evaluations for forklifts, cranes, and related equipment.
• Deliver OSHA 10/30 and NFPA 70E training when properly authorized; provide electrical safety training.
• Deliver safety training on fall protection, LOTO, confined space, PPE, hazard communication, hot work, and tool safety.
• Maintain training records, evaluations, certifications, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and organizing training activities; travel up to 30%.
