Reworld Solutions, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Operations – Facility Services to lead safe, compliant, and efficient day-to-day facility operations. You will supervise staff across material handling, rail operations, tank cleaning, roll splitting, and other services, ensuring regulatory adherence and KPI achievement.

The role requires a minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in industrial or manufacturing settings, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in industrial, manufacturing, environmental services, or related operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and NetSuite preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and environmental compliance.
• Lead daily operations, staffing, production scheduling, and shift turnover.
• Oversee facility services including railcar sampling/unloading, tank cleaning, roll splitting, material processing, and facility cleaning.
• Ensure waste acceptance, QA/QC, regulatory compliance, and permit adherence.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment readiness.
• Coach, mentor, train, and evaluate employees.
