Executive Recruiting Group seeks an Industrial Risk Manager to lead the implementation and maintenance of an effective risk management program across operations. You will identify, assess, and mitigate major risks and work with multiple departments to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent in safety, environmental, or engineering, and 8+ years of experience in industrial risk management within a high-tech manufacturing setting.

Mansioni

• Identify, assess, and mitigate major risks (fire, explosion, pollution, toxicity) associated with operations.
• Develop and implement an industrial risk management program, including critical safety barriers.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Determine action plans to manage industrial risks.
• Represent the site’s Technology Risk management activities.
• Coordinate inspections, replies and endorsements of letters and studies.
• Ensure resources for process safety risk analyses are available and competent.
• Promote best practices and a process safety culture on the platform.
• Validate change requests with HSE heads.
• Propose reporting elements to meet regulatory and normative requirements.
