Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and mitigate major risks (fire, explosion, pollution, toxicity) associated with operations.
• Develop and implement an industrial risk management program, including critical safety barriers.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Determine action plans to manage industrial risks.
• Represent the site’s Technology Risk management activities.
• Coordinate inspections, replies and endorsements of letters and studies.
• Ensure resources for process safety risk analyses are available and competent.
• Promote best practices and a process safety culture on the platform.
• Validate change requests with HSE heads.
• Propose reporting elements to meet regulatory and normative requirements.

• Determineactionplansrequiredtomanageindustrialrisks.
• RepresenttheSite’sTechnologyRiskmanagementactivities
• Coordinatesinspections,repliesandendorsesthelettersandstudiessentintheirfield(Environmentregulation,Groupaudit,etc.).
• Managesprocesssafetyriskanalysesbyensuringthatspecialistresources(internaland/oroutsourcing)areavailableandcompetent.EnsuresthattheSafetyactionsofthePriorityandCriticalProcesseswithregardtothemajoraccidentand/orthemaintenanceofauthorizationsaretakenintoaccount.
• Developsthemethodologicalskillsofitsemployeesandtheskillstomanagetechnologicalriskswithinthesitebyorganizingthedisseminationofbestpracticesandaprocesssafetycultureontheplatform.
• Guarantorofthesitesafetymanagementsystemand,togetherwiththerelevantHSEdepartmentheads,validatesthechangerequestsontheIndustrialRiskaspect.
• Willproposethereportingelementstomeetthevariousrequirementsinitsfield(regulatory,normative,indicatorsrelevanttotheactivity,etc.).
