Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment for our customers in food and beverage, cold storage, and industrial markets.

The role requires working knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls, with emphasis on safety and compliance. Typical pay ranges from $30 to $60 per hour, with Monday to Friday scheduling and 40–45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of controls and electric (high and low voltage).
• Universal EPA certification is required.
• Motor alignment experience is preferred.
• RETA 1&2 certification preferred.
• Tobacco-free workplace policy applies to the jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance support of industrial refrigeration equipment for assigned accounts.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon systems in industrial settings.
• Utilize knowledge of screw and reciprocating compressors and control/alarm systems for inspections.
• Adhere to all safety policies and regulatory requirements.
